    • November 23, 2011: As of November 18, 2011, USCIS reports it has received approximately 61,800 H-1B cap-subject petitions against the 65,000 available H-1Bs. In addition, USCIS has reports receiving 20,000 H-1B Petitions against the Master's or higher cap. Click on "IMLAW NEWS" above for more details.
    • December 02, 2011: USCIS announces on November 23, 2011, that the H-1B cap was reached for FY2012. USCIS Service Center Operations has also confirmed that there will be no lottery for H-1B cap-subject petitions accepted for filing on the final receipt date, November 22, 2011.
